Job summary

PT Peoplyee Tech Indonesia in the Cikarang area is seeking a Finance and Accounting Assistant Manager to lead core accounting processes and ensure financial integrity across the organization.

The role requires 5–8 years in finance, a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, and SAP experience. You will supervise a team, manage monthly closings, and drive cost analysis, tax compliance, and financial reporting to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5–8 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG.
• 2–3 years in a similar supervisory role.
• Familiar with ERP systems; SAP experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, cost accounting, and taxation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Monitor collections and manage cash flow forecasting.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate financial reporting.
• Lead treasury operations including cash pooling and FX hedging.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Maintain internal controls to protect assets.
• Prepare journal entries and financial analysis to support decisions.

Finance and Accounting Assistant Manager

We are assisting one of our clients, who is looking for a Finance and Accounting Assistant Manager (Cikarang)

Responsibilities

• Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Control and monitor collection activities related to sales and other income.
• Oversee payment activities and ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Manage cash and liquidity through effective cash flow planning and forecasting.
• Lead treasury operations and controls, including cash pooling, foreign exchange hedging, distributor financing, and banking relationships.
• Collaborate with other departments to collect financial data for monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
• Manage accounting processes, journal entries, financial reporting, and analysis to support financial stability and informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the manufacturing or fast-moving consumer goods industry.
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position or supervisory role.
• Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems; experience with SAP is preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, cost accounting, and taxation, including value-added tax and income tax.
