PT BUMI RASA INDONESIA, based in Batam, seeks an experienced Finance Manager to lead the factory's financial operations, supervise the full accounting cycle, and deliver accurate cost and performance reporting.
The role emphasizes PSAK knowledge, tax compliance, cash flow planning, and strong internal controls; it requires a tripartite mastery of Chinese, English and Bahasa Indonesia in daily work.
1. Take full charge of factory financial management, including full set of accounting entries, month-end & year-end closing, AR/AP management, fixed assets supervision, inventory cost accounting and daily expense control.
2. Manage full local Indonesia tax compliance, including PPN VAT, PPh21 income tax, corporate income tax, withholding tax, annual tax filing and external audit. Able to handle tax bureau inspection and inquiries independently and ensure zero tax risk for the company.
3. Responsible for cash flow planning, bank reconciliation, fund management, voucher verification, and preparing accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and business analysis reports.
4. Establish and optimize internal financial control systems, standardize procurement, reimbursement, payment and stocktaking procedures to prevent financial and tax risks.
5. Serve as the key financial contact person for Indonesian Tax Office, banks and audit firms, handling all external financial & tax affairs independently.
6. Cooperate with China headquarters finance team on data submission, account reconciliation, budget & final audit and internal policy implementation.
7. Mandatory Trilingual Requirement: Fluent in Chinese, English and Bahasa Indonesia(verbal & written). Able to independently complete daily official work including bilingual/trilingual reports, official documents, emails, tax files and business communication.
1. Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Taxation or related majors. Minimum 5 years working experience as Finance Manager in Indonesian manufacturing factory. Batam local experience is preferred.
2. Must be trilingual: Fluent in Chinese, English and Bahasa Indonesia (reading, writing & speaking for full daily operation).
3. In-depth knowledge of Indonesian PSAK accounting standards, local tax regulations, annual audit procedures and tax audit handling.
4. Familiar with manufacturing cost accounting, inventory management and internal financial control system; experience in Chinese-owned manufacturing factory is highly preferred.
5. Proficient in accounting software and advanced Excel skills; precise data sensitivity, strong principle and high confidentiality.
6. Independent working ability, capable of handling full-cycle finance work, stable and able to work on-site long-term.
