Job summary

Monroe Consulting Group is seeking an experienced finance leader to join a leading manufacturing company as Head of Finance, responsible for leading the finance function and ensuring accurate financial reporting, robust cost control, compliance, and strong internal controls across the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting experience with at least 5 years in a management role.
• Prior CPA experience in a Top 5 audit firm is preferred.
• Strong expertise in cost accounting, inventory management, internal controls, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Experience with ERP implementation, migration, or optimization is highly desirable.
• Strong financial analysis skills including variance analysis and cost-benefit analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; strong leadership and stakeholder management.
• High attention to detail and accuracy; willingness to be based in Cikarang Selatan.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing and financial reporting.
• Oversee financial statements, account reconciliation, and GAAP compliance.
• Establish and monitor internal controls, identify business risks, and implement mitigation measures.
• Manage standard costing for materials, labor, and overhead, including production cost and variance analysis.
• Oversee inventory management, physical inventory counts, and inventory valuation.
• Support external audits and drive continuous improvement of financial processes and ERP systems.
• Monitor daily cash position and support cash flow forecasting.
• Review bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure timely and accurate tax compliance and support annual tax provision.
• Monitor changes in tax regulations and identify potential tax planning opportunities.
• Lead, develop, and provide guidance to the Accounting & Tax team.
