We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our financial team in Cikarang Pusat, West Java. This is a full-time position where you will play a critical role in managing the financial operations and strategic financial planning of our organisation. As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing accounting functions, financial reporting, budgeting, and providing financial insights to support business decision-making at all levels of the company. This position is integral to ensuring the financial health and compliance of our operations.
Manage cash flow (incoming and outgoing funds) on a weekly and monthly basis for the management of operating funds
Review payments to local and international suppliers
Manually prepare journal entries for insurance and payroll amortization to ensure transactions are recorded accurately in the reports
Calculate asset depreciation each month to determine the amount to be charged as an expense for that month
Calculate costs for raw materials, consumables, and finished goods to determine the cost of goods sold (COGS)
Calculate employee attendance data on the 20th of each month to determine employee salaries.
Upload employee PPh 21 withholding data and file the PPh 21 tax return on Coretax.
Review and validate the monthly PPh 23, PPh 26, and PPh Article 4 Paragraph 2 tax returns, as well as VAT on imports from outside customs and VAT, and the annual corporate tax return.
Oversee the stock-taking process (raw materials, consumables, and finished goods), from preparing check sheets and entering stock-taking results to analyzing the results to determine actual versus system values, which will be adjusted following approval by the Board of Directors.
Assist external auditors from a public accounting firm in conducting annual audits of financial transactions.
Undergoing tax audits of financial statements for specific periods by the tax office
Analyzing sources of funds for business development (building construction and machinery purchases) and negotiating with banks to secure financing approval.
Periodically managing the company’s investments through third parties.
Liaising with a notary regarding articles of incorporation amendments resulting from the General Shareholders’ Meeting (GSM) or Extraordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting (EGSM).
Preparing quarterly and annual financial and tax reports for the affiliated company.
Periodically contact the insurance provider regarding building, machinery, inventory, and vehicle insurance.
Review scrap submission forms from the relevant departments and monitor the process from transportation to payment by the waste management company.
Oversee and ensure that Transfer Pricing (TP Doc) documentation is prepared in accordance with transactions between affiliated parties, based on valid financial data and applicable tax regulations.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in financial management or accounting roles, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or management capacity
Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyse complex financial data
Ability to prepare financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement)
Brevet A and B
Ability to analyze a company’s financial statements
Ability to manage a company’s cash flow
Honest, meticulous, and not easily influenced
Experience with (and ability to handle) external audits and tax audits
Experience managing finance projects
Ability to negotiate with banks
Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in financial reporting
Professional accounting qualification (such as CPA or equivalent) is highly desirable
Proven ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
