Job summary

Sarens is seeking a Finance Manager in Batam, Indonesia, to oversee the organization’s financial management, drive performance, and ensure strong controls. The role partners with regional finance teams and external stakeholders to deliver strategic financial insights and robust budgeting and reporting processes.

You will manage treasury, tax, and audits, while developing a high-performing finance team in a multinational, project-based environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, accounting standards, and financial reporting.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
• Experience in handling audits and working with external auditors and tax consultants.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in multinational companies or project-based industries is an advantage.
• Familiarity with heavy lifting, transportation, engineering, or construction-related industries is an advantage.
