Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia, an Executive Recruitment firm, is partnering with a leading IT organisation to hire a Finance Director - Technology. Based in Indonesia, this role drives financial governance, growth, and strategic business partnering within a dynamic tech environment.

The successful candidate will lead finance, governance, and commercial performance across the group, while partnering with regional leaders to support transformational initiatives and robust financial controls.

Qualifications

Bachelors in Finance/Accounting/Economics or related field.
Master's degree or MBA preferred.
15+ years in finance with 10+ in senior leadership.
Experience in IT system integrator/ technology firm.
Experience with regional/global HQs in a multinational/matrix.
Strong IFRS knowledge and revenue recognition expertise.

Responsibilities

Lead the finance function: budgeting, rolling forecasts, monthly close, and reporting.
Ensure IFRS/PSAK 72 revenue recognition for project-based contracts.
Oversee WIP, unbilled/deferred revenue and project cost accruals.
Provide financial insights to senior management and regional leadership.
Lead deal desk: pricing, bids, terms, and profitability analysis.
Develop financial models for proposals; assess margins and risks.
Partner with PM/ops to monitor budgets and variances.
Oversee treasury, tax compliance, and working capital management.
