Job summary

Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is partnering with an IT organisation to hire a Data & AI Engineering Director based in Indonesia. You will provide strategic, technical and commercial leadership across Data & AI, driving large-scale transformation programmes and senior client engagements.

You will lead complex Data & AI initiatives, shape strategic direction for clients and the organisation, mentor talent, and grow the practice through new offerings and cross-functional collaboration with

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Data Science, Data Engineering, Analytics, AI/ML, or related areas.
Proven experience leading complex Data & AI projects and multidisciplinary teams.
Strong client-facing experience with senior stakeholders.
Experience contributing to business development, proposals, or new Data & AI offerings.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of Data & AI transformation programmes with measurable outcomes.
Advise senior stakeholders on data strategy, use cases, technology decisions, and roadmaps.
Lead multidisciplinary teams across Data Science, Data Engineering, Analytics, AI/ML and Cloud.
Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
Mentor and develop Data & AI talent and contribute to practice development.
