Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a relevant field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in Indonesian Banking or Financial Services sector, with demonstrated success in enterprise technology sales and new business development.
• Strong connections within Indonesia's financial services ecosystem, with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives and senior business leaders.
• Comprehensive understanding of banking operations, industry regulations, technology infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Good understanding of enterprise IT solutions, particularly in Cloud, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, and System Integration.
• Demonstrated capability in consultative selling, opportunity development, and positioning technology solutions to address complex business challenges.
• Commercially driven and proactive individual with an entrepreneurial approach, strong prospecting capabilities, and experience developing business in new markets.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, presentation, and commercial negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.

Responsabilités

• Spearhead the development of the Financial Services business vertical, establishing market positioning and growth strategies with an initial focus on banking.
• Drive new customer acquisition by identifying prospective accounts and building relationships with key stakeholders across financial institutions.
• Engage clients to understand their business priorities, uncover technology requirements, and develop opportunities for enterprise solutions.
• Work closely with solution specialists, engineering teams, and technology partners to deliver tailored offerings aligned with customer objectives.
• Oversee business opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle, from initial engagement and solution discussions to commercial negotiations and contract finalisation.
• Establish a sustainable revenue pipeline by securing new engagements, strengthening client partnerships, and identifying opportunities for repeat business.
• Evaluate industry trends, competitive developments, and emerging technologies to support strategic business expansion.
