Job summary

Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is partnering with an industrial organisation in Bogor to hire a GM Finance & Accounting. Lead the finance function with governance, controls and compliance to support growth.

The role requires strong financial leadership, cash flow management, and engagement with regulators and stakeholders. 5+ years in a similar role is expected, with MBA/CPA as an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting is required.
• MBA and/or CPA qualification is an advantage.
• Experience in banking and consulting as an Auditor, plus manufacturing exposure.
• Minimum 5 years in the same role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance and accounting function with strong governance and controls.
• Drive strategic financial planning and stakeholder engagement for growth.
• Report to the Board of Directors and supervise daily financial operations.
• Manage cash flow and funding needs with monthly forecasts.
• Coordinate with bankers, lawyers, and shareholders; attend meetings.
• Prepare docs for external funding including plans and legal papers.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and regulatory reporting obligations.
• Oversee annual and sustainability reporting and corporate actions.
