Job summary

Time International is seeking a Finance professional in Jakarta to manage daily collection reconciliation, verify POS, bank, and EDC settlements, and ensure accurate recording of all collections. The role requires collaboration with stores and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and coordinate with banks on EDC-related requests.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 2–3 years of relevant experience and strong communication skills.

Job description

• Perform daily collection reconciliation by reviewing and matching POS reports, bank transactions, and sales closing records in accordance with established procedures.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of EDC settlement records and store deposit confirmations.
• Review and validate collection transactions across multiple payment methods to ensure all collections are properly recorded and accounted for.
• Identify and follow up on discrepancies between POS reports, bank deposits, EDC settlements, and other collection records.
• Coordinate with stores and relevant internal teams to investigate and resolve collection or payment-related discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with banks regarding EDC-related requests, including activation, troubleshooting, and other collection-related matters.
• Support the preparation and consolidation of collection data for store performance monitoring and related Finance requirements.

What You’ll Need To Succeed :

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Finance, Collection, or a related field.
• Good knowledge and understanding of daily collection, sales closing, and reconciliation processes.
• Experience in identifying and resolving discrepancies between POS reports, bank deposits, and EDC settlements.
• Strong ability to coordinate and communicate effective with stores and cross-functional teams to resolve collection and payment-related issues.
