Job summary

PT GLOBAL DISTRIBUTION PARTNER is seeking an experienced Finance Accountant to manage day-to-day bookkeeping and full-set accounts at our Tangerang office. You will prepare monthly and annual financial statements, handle bank transactions, receivables/payables, and assist with tax filings data.

You have at least 3 years of hands-on accounting experience, familiarity with Indonesian practices, and the ability to work independently in a fast-growing startup environment while coordinating with

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in financial accounting.
• Experience in trading or retail industry is a plus.
• Familiar with Indonesian accounting practices and capable of handling full-set accounts independently.
• Detail-oriented, patient, responsible, and well-organized.
• Good communication skills and able to collaborate with internal and external parties.
• Adaptable to a start-up environment and capable of multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and full-set accounts for both companies, including journal entries, account reconciliation, and month-end closing.
• Prepare accurate financial statements on a monthly and annual basis.
• Manage bank transactions, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and conduct regular reconciliations with customers and suppliers.
• Assist in coordinating with third-party tax agents by providing necessary financial data and documents for tax filings.
• Process employee reimbursements, payment approvals, and maintain cash flow records.
• Participate in inventory counting for trading and retail operations, and assist in cost accounting.
• Organize and maintain financial documents, contracts, and accounting archives.
• Support the implementation of head office financial policies and ensure compliance with local regulations.
