Job summary

Time International is seeking a Finance professional in Jakarta to manage daily collection reconciliation, verify POS, bank, and EDC settlements, and ensure accurate recording of all collections. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2–3 years of relevant experience in Finance or Collections.
Knowledge of POS, bank deposits, and EDC settlements.
Strong coordination and communication with stores and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Perform daily collection reconciliation by reviewing POS reports, bank transactions, and sales closing records.
Ensure accuracy of EDC settlement records and store deposit confirmations.
Review and validate collection transactions across multiple payment methods.
Identify discrepancies between POS reports, bank deposits, and EDC settlements.
Coordinate with stores and internal teams to resolve collection or payment discrepancies.
Coordinate with banks regarding EDC-related requests and issues.
Support preparation of collection data for store performance monitoring.
