Job summary

Seven Retail Group is seeking a Finance & Accounting Associate for Group Service in Jakarta. You will review and record customer payments, reconcile collections, and collaborate with Sales/Operations to resolve billing issues. You’ll assist with AR and month-end close, and support treasury activities and reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance and 1–2 years' related experience, with strong Excel skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–2 years' experience in AR or AP.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; ERP experience advantageous.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Good communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and record customer payments in the accounting system.
• Reconcile daily cash collections and bank statements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Centers to resolve billing issues.
• Assist with accounts receivable and month-end closing.
• Support treasury tasks including loan documentation and banking records.
• Prepare AR, cash flow, and loan status reports for audits.
