Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; professional qualifications are advantageous.
• Minimum 10 years in Accounting/Taxation/Financial Control with 5+ years in a managerial role.
• Experience in a multinational organization, preferably TIC or related B2B services.
• Proven multi-entity accounting, closing, group reporting, taxation, and audits experience.
• Collaboration with Regional Finance, Group HQ, and shared service centers on reporting.
• Advanced PSAK/IFRS knowledge and statutory reporting proficiency.
• Strong Indonesian tax expertise, including tax compliance and planning.
• Solid governance, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting and CAPEX understanding.
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP, and group reporting platforms (e.g., IBM Cognos).
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Lead month-end and year-end closing, multi-entity reporting, and statutory statements per PSAK/IFRS.
• Oversee Indonesian tax compliance, planning, audits, and tax reporting.
• Strengthen internal controls, governance, authority levels, credit and cash management.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and address findings.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting with Country Finance Director.
• Coordinate with business lines, shared service centers, and Regional Finance for consistency.
• Oversee CAPEX, fixed assets, inventory counts, and related accounting adjustments.
• Monitor data accuracy, intercompany balances, and reporting deadlines.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and data quality.
• Lead, develop, and manage the local Finance, Accounting & Tax team.
