Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; professional accounting qualifications are advantageous.
• Minimum 10 years in Accounting/Tax/Financial Control with 5+ years in leadership.
• Experience in multinational organizations and multi‑entity accounting.
• Strong PSAK/IFRS knowledge and tax compliance expertise.
• Proven ability to lead audits, governance, and internal controls.
• Excellent communication with regional/global stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Lead month‑end and year‑end close for multiple entities and group reporting.
• Oversee Indonesian tax compliance, audits, and planning.
• Strengthen internal controls, governance, and cash management.
• Coordinate with regional finance, shared services, and business lines.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Oversee CAPEX, fixed assets, inventory, and related accounting.
• Ensure accuracy of intercompany reconciliations and reporting deadlines.
• Drive process improvements and data quality in finance operations.
• Develop and mentor the local Finance, Accounting & Tax team.
