Atome Financial is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager in Jakarta to lead end-to-end financial reporting and ensure accuracy across monthly, quarterly, and annual statements aligned with PSAK/IFRS.

The role requires 4-6 years in accounting or finance, with strong IFRS knowledge, ERP proficiency (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite), and advanced Excel. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen controls and drive reporting excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance from a reputable university.
• CA/CPA certification is a strong plus.
• 4-6 years in accounting or finance, Big 4 background preferred.
• Strong knowledge of PSAK/IFRS and Indonesian tax regulations.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end financial reporting of monthly, quarterly and annual statements.
• Maintain general ledger integrity and timeliness.
• Supervise complex account reconciliations and intercompany items.
• Coordinate with auditors and resolve queries efficiently.
• Provide variance analysis and actionable insights for management.
