PT Main Games Indonesia (Jakarta) is seeking a detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Lead to own accounting and finance operations across our entities. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll keep our books accurate, manage payments and cash, drive cost efficiency, and turn numbers into clear recommendations.

Lead month-end closing, consolidation, intercompany reconciliations, and audits with external auditors and tax consultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4–6 years of accounting experience with strong journal entries and month-end closing.
• Experience with consolidation and intercompany reconciliations.
• Hands-on Xero experience and strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Familiarity with Stripe, PayPal, App Store, and Google Play reconciliation.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily AP, AR, bank, and petty cash records, and perform reconciliations with complete, audit-ready documentation
• Lead month-end closing and entity-level reporting, support group consolidation and intercompany reconciliations, and coordinate audits with external auditors and tax consultants
• Process invoices, reimbursements, and weekly payments accurately and on time, in line with approval procedures, and resolve billing issues with teams and vendors
• Reconcile high-volume Stripe, PayPal, Apple App Store, and Google Play transactions against settlement reports and payouts
• Analyze channel revenue and fees, explain variances, and identify ways to reduce costs through fee structures, payment routing, or better terms
• Prepare monthly payment forecasts, monitor cash across entities, flag liquidity gaps early, and serve as the main bank contact, including for foreign exchange transactions
• Own budgeting and forecasting, track spending and approved initiatives against budget, and recommend corrective actions when variances arise
• Review software, vendor, banking, and cloud costs to recommend savings, and support vendor negotiations and renewals
• Support management with cost-benefit analysis and projections for new initiatives and market expansion
• Improve accounting processes, payment workflows, and spending controls
