Job summary

PT. Bumi Indus Padma Jaya in East Java seeks a Finance & Accounting Leader to plan and implement financial control across manufacturing operations. You will generate statements, drive budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and ensure PSAK compliance.

You will also implement SOPs, manage tax planning and audits, and lead a team to improve financial performance in line with Indonesian regulations. Willing to be placed in Jombang, East Java.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance/accountancy or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing finance & accounting role.
• Ability to drive performance in a team.
• Proficient in English (written and verbal).
• Experience in PSAK and Indonesian Tax Regulations.
• Experience in Financial Reporting, Tax Compliance, Budgeting & Forecasting, Cash Flow Management, and Internal or External Audits.
• Willing to be placed in Jombang, East Java.

Responsibilities

Job description

Plan and implement finance and accounting functions—processing financial data and information to generate company financial statements and other reports required by management—accurately and in compliance with applicable standards (PSAK), thereby supporting the company in making decisions and formulating policies.

Implement all company-established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within the company's operations.

Qualification:

A bachelor’s degree in finance/accountancy or equivalent, finance management or related field.

5+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment in a finance & accounting role.

Demonstrate ability to drive performance in the team

Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)

Experienced in Financial Reporting, Tax Compliance, Budgeting & Forecasting, Cash Flow Management, and Internal or External Audits.

Experienced in PSAK and Indonesian Tax Regulations

Understanding of: Tax Planning and Financial Analysis

Willing to be placed in Jombang, East Java.
