Job summary

PT. LAUTAN JAYA KUMALA is seeking a seasoned Accounting & Tax Leader to manage all accounting, tax, and finance activities in Indonesia. You will ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with PSAK and tax regulations, and timely external reporting.

You will lead a small team, coordinate with auditors and banks, and drive internal controls and financial SOPs to support strategic decisions. A strong background in IFRS/PSAK, tax inspections, and ERP systems is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting & Tax, with at least 2 years as Supervisor or Manager.
• Proficiency in preparing financial statements and company tax reports.
• Understanding of PSAK, Indonesian tax regulations, and audit processes.
• Experience handling tax inspections is an added value.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and accounting/ERP software knowledge.
• Leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Brevet A & Brevet B certificate (Brevet C is an added value).
• Attention to detail, responsibility, high integrity, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Accounting, Tax, and Finance activities of the company.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports accurately and on time.
• Ensure all financial transactions are recorded in accordance with Financial Accounting Standards (SAK).
• Oversee the preparation and reporting of company taxes (VAT, income tax, and other tax obligations).
• Ensure company compliance with all tax regulations and applicable provisions.
• Perform bank reconciliation, account reconciliation, and financial report analysis.
• Prepare company budget and monitor its realization.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government agencies.
• Develop and improve internal control systems and financial SOPs.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the Accounting & Tax team.
