Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd is seeking a Finance Accounting & Tax Manager to lead financial management, reporting, and tax compliance. The role covers preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports, analysing business performance, and overseeing Indonesian tax filings.

You will drive budgeting, forecasting, cost optimisation, and process improvements while mentoring the finance team and liaising with external auditors and tax offices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in finance/accounting with 5+ years in a managerial role in manufacturing, FMCG, or F&B.
• Brevet A & B Tax Certification required.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in accounting systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly management accounts, financial reports and management reporting.
• Analyse sales, profitability, gross margin and business performance.
• Lead commercial finance and business partnering activities.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Monitor standard costing, inventory and manufacturing cost variances.
• Drive cost optimisation and operational efficiency initiatives.

Finance Accounting & Tax Manager responsible for financial management, reporting, and tax compliance. The role involves preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts and financial reports, analysing business performance, leading commercial finance activities, and overseeing Indonesian tax compliance including VAT, withholding tax, and corporate income tax filings.

Key responsibilities:

Prepare and review monthly management accounts, financial reports, and management reporting

Analyse sales, profitability, gross margin, and business performance

Lead commercial finance and business partnering activities

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Monitor standard costing, inventory, and manufacturing cost variances

Drive cost optimisation and operational efficiency initiatives

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and corporate governance

Oversee Indonesian tax compliance, including timely review and submission of monthly and annual tax filings

Liaise with external tax consultants, auditors, and the Indonesian Tax Office on tax compliance and regulatory matters

Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team while driving process improvements and automation

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field

Minimum 8 years of experience in finance/accounting, including at least 5 years in a managerial role in the manufacturing, FMCG, or food & beverage industry

Brevet A & B Tax Certification is required

Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel

Fluent in written and spoken English

Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
