Job summary

PT. Bumi Indus Padma Jaya in East Java seeks a Finance & Accounting Leader to plan and implement financial control across manufacturing operations. You will generate statements, drive budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and ensure PSAK compliance.

You will also implement SOPs, manage tax planning and audits, and lead a team to improve financial performance in line with Indonesian regulations. Willing to be placed in Jombang, East Java.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance/accountancy or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing finance & accounting role.
• Ability to drive performance in a team.
• Proficient in English (written and verbal).
• Experience in PSAK and Indonesian Tax Regulations.
• Experience in Financial Reporting, Tax Compliance, Budgeting & Forecasting, Cash Flow Management, and Internal or External Audits.
• Willing to be placed in Jombang, East Java.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement finance and accounting functions to generate financial statements and reports.
• Process financial data in compliance with PSAK and standards.
• Implement all company SOPs.
• Support management with financial information for decision making.
• Coordinate with internal/external audits.
• Ensure tax compliance under Indonesian regulations.
