Job summary

PT Meiso Mitra Utama seeks a seasoned Finance & Accounting Manager to lead the company’s financial operations, including budgeting, cash flow management, and reporting. You will drive financial planning and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.

You will manage the finance team, oversee AR/AP, and coordinate tax obligations, delivering accurate statements and insightful analyses for senior management.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 education in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
• Experience as Finance & Accounting Manager/Supervisor.
• Understanding of Accounting, Tax, Budgeting, Cash Flow, AR & AP, and P&L.
• Possess Brevet Pajak A & B.
• Strong financial analysis and leadership capabilities.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, with high integrity and ability to work towards targets.
• Experience in Construction/Oil & Gas/Project Based companies is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure implementation of SOP, internal control, and compliance.
• Lead and develop the Finance & Accounting team.
