Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim, a palm oil plantation enterprise in Indonesia, seeks a senior finance professional to oversee all financial and accounting activities, including bookkeeping, reporting, and internal audit. You will prepare financial statements and investment reports in line with PSAK/IFRS and regulatory standards.

You will conduct financial analysis to support investment decisions and risk management, ensure tax compliance (PPh, PPN), and collaborate with the investment team to manage liquidity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 7+ years in finance/accounting with 2+ years in management.
• Experience in palm oil plantation companies.
• Professional certifications (CPA/CFA/CA/ACCA) advantageous.
• Deep knowledge of PSAK/IFRS.
• Strong financial analysis and reporting capabilities.

Job description

This role involves managing and overseeing all financial and accounting activities, including bookkeeping, reporting, and internal audit. You will prepare company financial statements, including investment portfolio management reports, in accordance with applicable accounting and regulatory standards. You will conduct financial analysis to support investment decision-making and risk management, ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare tax reports (income tax, VAT, etc.), and ensure compliance with Financial Services Authority (OJK) rules and other related institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all financial and accounting activities, including bookkeeping, reporting, and internal audit
• Prepare company financial statements, including investment portfolio management reports, in accordance with applicable accounting and regulatory standards
• Conduct financial analysis to support investment decision-making and risk management
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare tax reports (PPh, PPN, etc.) and compliance with OJK and other related institutions
• Contribute to the development of financial and investment strategy, including cash flow management, budgeting, and financial projections
• Collaborate with the investment team to evaluate asset performance, support financial transactions, and manage company liquidity
• Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, investors, and other related parties

About you

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in finance and/or accounting, preferably from the financial services industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial position
• Experience working in palm oil plantation companies
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, CA, or ACCA are an advantage
• Deep knowledge of accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS)
• Detail-oriented with strong financial analysis capabilities, particularly related to investment portfolios and financial risk
• Proficient in accounting and financial software and able to use financial modeling tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to present reports to shareholders or investors
• Strong leadership capabilities and ability to work in a dynamic work environment
• Willing to be placed at palm oil plantation sites
