Job summary

Cahaya Utama Parts is seeking a Finance, Accounting & Tax Supervisor to lead and develop the Finance, Accounting & Tax team. You will provide financial analysis and reports to Management to support strategic business decisions.

The role requires strong PSAK knowledge, tax compliance experience in Indonesia, and prior supervisory responsibilities. You will oversee daily financial activities and ensure accurate reporting in line with applicable standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of Finance & Accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, PSAK, taxation, reconciliation, closing, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily finance and accounting activities.
• Review AP/AR and cash/bank transactions.
• Perform account reconciliations.
• Manage monthly and annual closing.
• Prepare and review financial statements.
• Monitor cash flow.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with PSAK.
• Manage Indonesian tax compliance, including PPN, PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), and Corporate Income Tax.
• Coordinate with auditors or tax consultants when required.

Job description

Lead and oversee the company's Finance, Accounting, and Tax functions. Supervise and develop the Finance, Accounting & Tax team and provide financial analysis and reports to Management to support business decisions.

Key responsibilities

Supervise daily finance and accounting activities

Review AP/AR and cash/bank transactions

Perform account reconciliations

Manage monthly and annual closing

Prepare and review financial statements

Monitor cash flow

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with applicable accounting standards (PSAK)

Manage Indonesian tax compliance, including PPN, PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), and Corporate Income Tax

Coordinate with auditors or tax consultants when required

About you

S1 Accounting/Finance

Minimum 4 years of relevant Finance & Accounting experience

Strong understanding of financial statements, PSAK, taxation, reconciliation, closing, and internal controls

Previous supervisory/team leadership experience

Highly analytical, detail-oriented, accurate, responsible, and trustworthy

Experience using Accurate accounting software (preferred)

Brevet Pajak A/B (preferred)
