Job summary

PT ADARO ANDALAN INDONESIA TBK is seeking a junior Accountant to record and input financial transactions, support month-end closings, and oversee AP/AR/GL activities. The role requires diligence, independence, and familiarity with ERP systems.

Based in Jakarta, the 4-month maternity-cover contract offers exposure to standard accounting practices and timely reporting in line with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with internship and organizational experience welcome.
• Good understanding of financial transactions and month-end closing.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, organized, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta under a 4-month contract (maternity leave).

Responsibilities

• Record and input financial transactions in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
• Support the month-end closing process and ensure all transactions for the reporting period are recorded accurately and on a timely basis.
• Manage and monitor Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), cash and bank transactions, as well as other financial transactions.
• Operate the ERP and Finance & Accounting systems and ensure the accuracy and completeness of recorded transactions.
