Job summary

Anabatic Technologies in Tangerang is seeking a Finance Officer (Accounts Payable) to join our finance team. You will check invoices, record transactions in our ERP, and process vendor payments with accuracy. Responsibilities include reconciling payables, maintaining documentation, and preparing periodic reports.

Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome; 1–2 years in AP is a plus. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, organized, and a reliable team player with strong MS Excel

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Tax or related major.
• 1–2 years of AP experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates with internships welcome.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Familiar with financial journalling or reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check invoices and receipts from vendors.

Responsible for checking invoices and receipts form vendor, recording it into ERP system, conduct payment with bank, processing monthly advance settlements, reconciling outstanding AP with vendors, manage its documentation and reporting in system.
