Job summary

Anabatic Technologies in Tangerang seeks a Finance Officer (AP) to handle invoice validation, ERP entry, and monthly settlements. You will ensure PO compliance and assist in reconciliation with vendors.

The role welcomes fresh graduates with internship experience in finance and requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and team collaboration in a multi-department environment in Graha Anabatic, Tangerang.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting/Tax or related major.
• 1–2 years of experience as Finance Officer (AP).
• Fresh graduates with Finance internships are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Familiar with financial journalling or reporting.

Responsibilities

• Check invoices and receipts for PO compliance.
• Record incoming invoices into the ERP system.
• Process monthly advance settlements.
• Reconcile outstanding AP with vendors.
