Job summary

Seven Retail, a House of Brands with over 200 centers across F&B, Education, Healthcare, and Lifestyle Services, seeks a Finance, Accounting and Tax Staff to handle payments, AR/AP, and financial reporting. You will work with Sales, Operations, and Center teams to ensure accurate receivables and timely collections.

Bachelor's degree in accounting, 1–2 years of experience, strong Excel skills, and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Accounting, preferably in AR or AP.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; experience with ERP or accounting systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and record customer payments accurately in the accounting system across multiple brands and centers.
• Monitor daily customer collections by reconciling incoming payments with bank statements and resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Center teams to investigate and resolve payment, billing, and revenue issues.
• Perform accounts receivable reconciliations and support month-end closing activities to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Assist with treasury operations, including loan documentation, drawdowns, repayments, interest calculations, and maintaining banking records.
• Prepare and maintain periodic reports on accounts receivable, cash flow, loan status, and ensure organized documentation for audits and compliance.
