Job summary

Seven Retail is looking for a proactive and analytical strategist to join its CEO Office in Indonesia. You will drive cross-functional initiatives, conduct market research, translate business objectives into actionable plans, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement key projects.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years in consulting, strategy, or project management, with strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major; Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in consulting, strategy, business operations, project management, startups, or related fields; strong fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured mindset.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
