Job summary

PT Transisi Mobile Indonesia is seeking a Trainer specialist for field marketing to lead promoter training, oversee inventory and collateral, and monitor performance to inform strategy.

You will support budgeting and KPI coaching to boost promoter effectiveness. English fluency and strong leadership are essential; MS Office, especially Excel, and promoter systems are required. Based in Jakarta Utara, Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Trainer specialist for field marketing or promoter/admin sales/trainer in smartphone-related products.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and promoter management systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Admin, Finance, Marketing, Business or related field preferred.
• Ability to speak English is a MUST.

• Training & Inventory & Collateral Management: Ensure promoters have the necessary tools (uniforms, marketing materials, product samples).

Performance Monitoring: Set KPIs for promoters and regularly evaluate individual and team performance; provide coaching and feedback for improvement also helping in calculating promotor salary.
