Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a field service engineer to perform commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of pumps and related systems at customer sites. You will supervise installation work and ensure it meets quality standards, while supporting workshop activities as needed.

The role requires adherence to QHSE procedures, detailed reporting, and proactive communication with customers to provide progress updates and resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service for pump systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service activities including commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, overhaul, and maintenance of pumps.

Job description

• Perform all field service activities, including commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, overhaul, and maintenance (AMC) of pumps and related systems, as assigned by the Service Planner or superior.
• Supervise and coordinate site installation and commissioning of pump systems to meet standards.
• Assist with workshop-based services as needed.

2. QHSE Compliance

• Implement and adhere to QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) procedures and directives in all service activities.
• Identify hazards, risks, and environmental impacts associated with work and take action to eliminate or mitigate them.
• Ensure all tasks align with QHSE policy and strategic objectives.

3. Documentation and Reporting

• Prepare and submit detailed service reports in compliance with guidelines, including written and computerized formats.
• Document technical issues, risks, and opportunities related to service activities, and provide actionable feedback to improve operations.

4. Customer Communication and Support

• Maintain daily communication with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates on service progress.
• Utilize escalation processes to address unresolved service delivery issues promptly.
• Deliver technical solutions and evaluate customer maintenance operations to ensure optimal pump performance.

5. Tools and Equipment Maintenance

• Maintain and ensure all tools and testing equipment are in proper working condition.
• Regularly inspect, calibrate, and organize tools to support field service activities effectively.

6. Professional Development and Team Contribution

• Attend training programs and workshops to enhance professional and technical knowledge.
• Support team efforts by contributing to process improvements and achieving shared objectives.
• Actively participate in coaching and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

7. Process and Policy Implementation

• Implement and maintain service department procedures, policies, and contribute to improvements where applicable.
• Investigate discrepancies in service activities and follow appropriate procedures for correction, repair, or replacement.
