To serve as the primary technical expert, ensuring optimal equipment performance and customer satisfaction, both on site in customer premises and in workshop base.
Qualifications
Diploma’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. High Scholl graduated with 4 years of experiences in valve with Site and Offshore experienced are welcome to apply.
Good knowledge of valves and applications, P&ID, piping drawings, industry standards (ASME, ASTM, API, etc.)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willing to travel and direct interact with stakeholder.
Fluent in English; additional languages like Japanese or Mandarin are a plus.
Ability to work in a team environment
Proficient on using computer/laptop/office software at minimum for reporting purposes
Specific Requirements
Willing to do work onsite area (onshore & offshore – overseas)
Preferably maximum of 30 years old
30 years above with significant experiences are welcome to apply
Preferably having experience on valve or pump repair and services
Responsibilities

Performing services, diagnosing, and repair the equipment as per standard applied
Providing technical guidance, troubleshooting, and training to client on proper equipment usageMaintaining accurate records of services performed, tools used, and customer interactions.
Generate report and interface with the customer for any related execution matter on site and workshop.
Have the ability to work with a minimum amount of supervision
Deliver product and service quality to customer in safe manner and meeting customer expectation for both Onsite and Workshop
Willing to travel domestic and overseas for business trip/site assignment.
Coordinate with team members to manage production priorities during periods of staff absence, including leave and sickness
