Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a field service engineer to perform commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of pumps and related systems at customer sites. You will supervise installation work and ensure it meets quality standards, while supporting workshop activities as needed.

The role requires adherence to QHSE procedures, detailed reporting, and proactive communication with customers to provide progress updates and resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service for pump systems.
• Ability to diagnose and repair pumps and related equipment.
• Willingness to travel/visit customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service activities including commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, overhaul, and maintenance of pumps.
• Supervise site installation and commissioning of pump systems to meet standards.
• Assist with workshop-based services as needed.
• Implement and adhere to QHSE procedures in all service activities.
• Prepare and submit service reports in required formats.
• Maintain tools and testing equipment in proper working order.
• Attend trainings and contribute to process improvements.
• Communicate with customers to provide updates and address inquiries.
