Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support client operations at Ketapang, West Kalimantan. You will provide on-site break-fix, hardware repairs, asset management, and network troubleshooting to ensure smooth IT services.

The role requires strong OS installation, mobile device management, and proficiency with Windows environments, AV conferencing, and asset control. Office suite skills and clear communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

Experience with operating system installation using SCMM, anti-spyware, anti-virus, custom and commercial software.
Experience with mobile telephony technologies (MobileIron, iPad, Android and iPhone).
Knowledge on office products like word/excel/Email clients.

Responsibilities

Providing customer break fix support including off office hours and weekends for designated equipment in building.
Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.
Communicating clearly in written and verbal form.
Accepting and delivery of all service calls assigned.
Completing all administrative tasks associated with each call.
Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory.
Installing wires and cables as well as splice wires or cables.
Inspect and test wiring to locate and repair problems as well as ensuring that all specifications are met.
