PT TVS SCS Indonesia seeks a Field Sales Executive Forwarding to join our dynamic sales team in South Jakarta. This full-time role blends office and field work as you build and maintain client relationships, identify opportunities, and promote our forwarding services to new and existing customers.

You will collaborate with operations and customer service to ensure smooth shipments and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years sales experience in freight forwarding/logistics.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of international freight and customs processes.
• Own vehicle and willingness to travel.
• Familiar with CargoWise & Salesforce.
• Good presentation and proposal preparation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers for air, sea, and land freight services
• Manage sales pipeline and achieve monthly/annual targets
• Conduct customer visits and prepare quotations
• Coordinate with operations and customer service for smooth shipment execution
• Maintain CRM records and sales reports
• Negotiate rates and service agreements
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Support collection of receivables from customers
