Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK; D3/S1 is a plus.
• Experience in Sales / Account Executive / Business Development is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Confident in approaching and building relationships with new customers.
• Target-oriented, proactive, responsible, and willing to work in the field.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct customer visits and product presentations when required.
• Handle customer inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
• Monitor sales activities and follow up on orders until completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order and delivery processes.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Stay informed about market conditions, customer needs, and industry developments.
