Job summary

PT Orange Inovasi Digital is seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee implementation and execution across multiple branches and sites. You will visit sites regularly to monitor progress, address challenges, and serve as the main liaison among branch PICs, clients, and internal teams.

The role requires coordinating timelines, deliverables, and updates across locations, with a proactive, hands-on approach in a fast-paced field environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Management, Operations or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, field operations, or related role.
• Proven experience coordinating projects across multiple branches/sites/locations.
• Willingness to travel frequently and conduct field visits.
• Strong coordination, communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, hands-on and comfortable in field-based operations.

• Maintain effective communication and coordination with stakeholders across different locations to ensure project requirements are properly executed
• Prepare regular project updates, reports, and documentation covering progress, issues, and follow-up actions

Requirements

• Proven experience coordinating projects or operations across multiple branches, sites, or locations
• Comfortable with frequent business travel and regular field visits as part of the role
• Strong coordination, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Able to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, hands‑on, and comfortable working in a field‑based operational environment
