Job summary

PT Orange Inovasi Digital is seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee large-scale workforce initiatives involving 1,500+ blue-collar workers across multiple branches in Indonesia. You will coordinate with branch PICs, internal teams, and clients to ensure projects run on time and meet requirements.

You will conduct regular branch visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and ensure follow-up on actions. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• At least 3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, workforce management, HR operations, or related fields.
• Proven experience coordinating large-scale projects involving many blue-collar workers.
• Willing to travel regularly to branches/sites as required by the project.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation of large-scale workforce projects across multiple branches.
• Coordinate with branch PICs, internal teams, and clients to ensure timelines and requirements are met.
• Conduct regular branch visits to monitor progress and follow up on pending actions.
• Track project progress and consolidate updates from branches for timely follow-up and escalation.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and ensure project-related actions are followed.
