Job summary

Service Corporation International (SCI) seeks a Field Office Supply Chain Officer – Sumba to support end-to-end procurement, warehousing, asset and fleet management, and office operations. You will ensure compliance with donor requirements and local regulations while coordinating with national supply chain teams to enable timely delivery of goods to programs.

The role requires a Diploma/Bachelor’s in logistics or related field (or 2+ years NGO experience), proficiency in MS Office, and

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or equivalent; or 2+ years in procurement, logistics, or supply chain, NGO or development setting preferred.
• Strong understanding of procurement and logistics processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Willingness to travel within Sumba and to emergency sites.
• Based in Sumba or willing to relocate to Sumba.

Responsibilities

• Procurement: support timely procurement of goods/services in programmatic and operational needs.
• Warehouse/Inventory: manage field office warehouse, stock records, monthly reports.
• Asset and Fleet: maintain asset records, vehicle scheduling, fuel usage, maintenance.
