Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics.
• Knowledge of import/export processes and international shipping.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis ability.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken), as the role involves international suppliers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchases with local and overseas suppliers to ensure timely procurement.
• Negotiate delivery schedules and monitor order status.
• Manage freight quotations and coordinate shipments with freight forwarders and shipping lines.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and maintain supply chain records.
• Track KPIs such as delivery performance, lead time, logistics costs, and inventory turnover.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Communicate with customers and suppliers to support international operations.
