Job summary

SMOORE Indonesia is seeking a Procurement Specialist to handle non-BOM purchasing and operational goods. You will coordinate with internal teams, liaise with vendors on quotes and delivery, and help manage procurement records and basic inventory processes.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in procurement, strong negotiation and English skills, and familiarity with SAP/ERP and WMS. This on-site role supports multiple Indonesian plants in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years in Procurement, Purchasing, General Affairs, Vendor Management or Inventory Control in manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP/ERP systems.
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management System and inventory control principles.
• Strong coordination, negotiation, follow-up and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle purchasing and ordering of Non-BOM office and operational goods.
• Coordinate procurement with MMSC Procurement Team and internal stakeholders.
• Liaise with vendors on quotations, orders, delivery schedules and requirements.
• Negotiate with vendors on timelines and service commitments within authority.
• Monitor requests and follow up purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify delays or procurement risks and coordinate solutions.
• Maintain procurement records and vendor documentation.
• Support basic warehouse and inventory management for Non-BOM goods.
• Coordinate effectively with internal departments and external parties.
