Job summary

GudangAda is seeking a Field Marketing professional in Indonesia to drive field initiatives across General Trade and Modern Trade. You will plan and execute promotions, coordinate with sales, and manage on-ground campaigns to boost brand presence and product adoption.

You will analyze campaign performance, prepare field reports, travel for regular field visits, and collaborate with vendors and agencies to ensure campaigns meet brand guidelines and business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business field.
• 2–3 years' field/trade marketing or brand activation experience.
• Strong project coordination, communication, and execution skills.
• Ability to translate campaign insights into actionable plans.
• Willingness to travel and conduct regular field visits.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute field marketing activities, including promotions, activations, roadshows, and events.
• Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with targets and growth.
• Manage on-ground campaigns to boost brand awareness and product adoption.
• Identify locations, customer segments, and market opportunities for events.
• Coordinate with vendors, agencies, promoters, and stakeholders for campaign execution.
• Monitor campaign performance, collect insights, and evaluate effectiveness.
• Prepare field marketing reports with results, budgets, and recommendations.
• Ensure all activities comply with brand guidelines and policies.
