PT Gudang Ada Globalindo is seeking a Retail Activation & Trade Marketing Specialist to lead in-store branding and activation campaigns. The role drives cross-functional collaboration across Marketing and Sales to deliver impactful retail experiences.

Based in Tangerang, you will manage end-to-end branding projects, coordinate with vendors, monitor budgets and timelines, and report results to optimize Indonesia's beauty distribution channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Retail Activation, Trade Marketing, Brand Activation, Visual Merchandising, or Project Management.
• Experience coordinating projects involving retail branding, in-store displays, POSM, or promotional materials.
• Strong project management, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management with vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong execution and follow-up skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel to stores and oversee branding implementation when required.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end retail branding and activation projects, from planning to execution and evaluation.
• Coordinate the implementation of in-store branding, POSM, promotional displays, and other retail marketing materials.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, vendor performance, and execution quality to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Sales, and other internal teams to support retail promotions and activation programs.
• Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for the production, delivery, and installation of branding materials.
• Prepare project reports and evaluate activation results to identify areas for improvement.
