Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mining, or Materials Engineering (or related)
• 2–3 years experience in Mining, Materials Handling, or Heavy Industry environments
• Strong knowledge of conveyor systems and materials handling equipment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for conveyor components and materials handling systems at customer sites.
• Conduct site inspections and root-cause analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
• Recommend suitable products and engineering solutions based on customer requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Support business development activities with technical expertise during customer engagements.
• Ensure activities comply with company policies and HSE.
• Prepare technical reports and present findings to customers and internal teams.
