Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for conveyor components and materials handling systems at customer sites.
• Conduct site inspections and root-cause analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
• Recommend suitable products and engineering solutions based on customer requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Support business development activities with technical expertise during customer engagements.
• Ensure activities comply with company policies and HSE.
• Prepare technical reports and present findings to customers and internal teams.

What You'll Do

• Provide technical support for conveyor components and materials handling systems.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Mining, or Materials Engineering. Candidates from other educational backgrounds with relevant mining or conveyor industry experience are also encouraged to apply.
• 2-3 years experience in Mining, Materials Handling, or Heavy Industry Environments, preferably in a site-based role
• Strong technical knowledge of conveyor systems, conveyor components, and materials handling equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively in a remote mining site environment.
