Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years experience in Collection Banking Industry or Multi Finance.
• Minimum 1st cycle (Bachelor's) education in any field.
• Strong communication skills and leadership qualities.
• Proficient in MS Office with analytical ability.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor Collection and Recovery performance to meet targets.
• Supervise the field collector team and provide coaching.
• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly AR movement and consumer payments.
• Provide reports and feedback to management on delinquency target achievement.
• Move AR on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Allocate handling areas for each collector.
• Manage and monitor consumer payments and report to management.
