Job summary

Krom Kredit is seeking a Field Collection Agent in Jakarta Pusat to visit debtors, verify payment capabilities, secure commitments, and drive collections while maintaining portfolio health and adhering to company policies and regulations.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma (D3) or higher, own a motorcycle with SIM C and active STNK, have experience in banking collections, are willing to work in the field and under pressure, and possess strong communication and negotiation skills; SPPI certification

Responsibilities

• Visit Krom Kredit Debtors in arrears for collection.
• Deliver warnings, verify conditions, analyze payment capability, and follow up.
• Investigate and locate debtors for arrears.
• Negotiate settlements of arrears.
• Monitor payment commitments and follow up on promises.
• Minimize risks in the collection process.
• Achieve targets per KPIs.
• Update collection activities in the system.
• Report results to team leader and comply with SOPs and regulations.

Job description

Field Collection Agent is responsible for conducting field visits to debtors with overdue payments, following up on outstanding loans, and securing payment commitments from debtors. This role focuses on achieving collection targets, reducing delinquency rates, and maintaining a healthy loan portfolio. The ideal candidate should have good communication and negotiation skills, be target-oriented, and be able to handle collection activities professionally and in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting visits for collection to Krom Kredit Debtors who are in arrears in their respective buckets
• Conducting field visits to Debtors with overdue payments exceeding 30 days, deliver Warning Letter, verify their current conditions, analyze payment capabilities, and follow up on overdue payments
• Conducting investigations and searches for Krom Kredit Debtors who are in arrears.
• Negotiating the settlement of Krom Kredit arrears
• Monitoring debtors payment commitments based on overdue periods and following up on promised payments
• Minimizing potential risks in the collection process
• Achieve collection targets in accordance with the company's established KPIs
• Updating all collection activities in the collection system
• Reporting and discussing field visit results with team leader
• Conduct all collection activities comply with company SOPs, collection ethics, and applicable regulations

About You:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or above
• Have a motorcycle, SIM C and active STNK
• Has experience in banking industry field collection
• Willing to work under pressure
• Willing to work in the field and visit customer locations
• Must good at communication skill and negotiating skill
• Strong teamwork & interpersonal skills
• SPPI certification or relevant collection certification are preferred
