Job summary

PT Bank Perekonomian Rakyat Universal is seeking a Collections Officer to manage overdue installment accounts and drive recovery initiatives across branches in Indonesia. You will perform field visits, assess credit restructuring needs, and coordinate with legal actions when required.

The role requires 1–2 years in collections, a D3/S1, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work under pressure with discipline and targets in mind. A valid SIM is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.
• 1–2 years of experience in Collection.
• Strong understanding of collection processes and NPL management.
• Good communication and negotiation skills with a target-oriented mindset.
• Disciplined, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
• Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and willing to conduct field visits.

• Conduct collection activities for installment payments overdue TLW > 30 days.
• Identify credit restructuring/recovery efforts, and complete required data and documentation.
• Carry out credit recovery efforts, including collateral liquidation and legal (litigation) actions.
• Review warning letters, collateral repossession letters, and signage placement letters.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management/Board of Directors within the Bank’s scope of work.
