Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 1–3 years in a contractor or developer company, specifically in high-rise or multi-story building projects.
• Solid understanding of structural work (formwork, reinforcement, casting, and earthworks) and construction workflows.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings (structural, architectural, and civil).
• Knowledge of construction quality standards and field inspection procedures.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with contractors and foremen.
• Disciplined, with strong time management and a high sense of responsibility.
• Proactive, quick learner, and highly motivated to develop into a senior engineer role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction work to ensure compliance with working drawings, methods, and quality standards
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely project execution
• Conduct field inspections and prepare daily/weekly reports, including comprehensive photo documentation
• Inspect incoming site materials to ensure quantity and quality match technical specifications
• Identify and elevate technical issues while providing basic solutions and following up until resolution
• Ensure adherence to Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and report any unsafe conditions or actions
• Assist the project team with administration, including volume measurements, BOQ checking, and documentation
