Job summary

OTTO Digital Pty invites applications for a Site Manager to lead Civil and MEP activities on data center projects in Jakarta. You will drive quality, cost, schedule, and safety targets while coordinating vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver on project goals.

The role requires a Diploma/Bachelor's in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, a minimum of three years as a Site Manager, strong CAD drawing skills, and familiarity with BIM software.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Site Manager.
• Strong understanding of building and data center MEP systems; CAD/BIM familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall Civil & MEP activities in data center projects to achieve quality, cost, schedule, and safety targets.
• Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams, providing reports to the Project Manager.
• Review MEP drawings, technical specifications, method statements, shop drawings, and material approvals.
• Supervise testing, commissioning, and on-site technical issue resolution.
• Ensure all works adhere to quality standards and K3/HSE procedures.
